When in doubt...
…just start writing dialogue. Get the characters talking, even if they’re talking to you, the author. Sure there’s plenty of lame material (or craziness) there, but I find that forcing dialogue ends up starting to go smoother and at least something gets written.
(Side note: I’m still on a Tumblr hiatus… and 98% off of twitter at the moment.)
